As known we were enquiring during the latter part of 2017 to various construction companies to purchase a dwelling/house. During this time and in the early part of 2018 we had the pleasure of meeting Sarah Lancaster who is the Principal for the following company:-

Sarah had/was in the process of finishing house builds in the Poraiti housing subdivision and with a meeting on the site with Sarah the "no Nonsense" forthright and professional approach of Sarah Lancaster was a mark of the integrity and standing of the company.

Sarah showed us through the house which was under construction in Aspiring Drive. We were more than satisfied with the features of the house. The attention to detail of finishing to the interior and on the exterior the quality waterproofing and exterior finish and the setting up of the property as a turn and key with the laying of turf really impressed us.

As the result of the meeting and while on site following a discussion to purchase the house a simple handshake for agreement of our intention to purchase was with Sarah. With this we were immediately satisfied that this was the mark of the business women in the tried and simply stated method which reflected the professionalism of Sarah's business dealing with Sarah Lancaster Homes

Sarah's word was indeed her bond and to this end following the initial inspection of the property in August 2017 we purchased in March 2018.

We had confidence with Sarah Lancaster Homes to finsh the property which we now occupy and all additional requirement were included as part of "the package" of the build overseen by Sarah with excellent trades persons.

We would recommend the process of build completed by Sarah of Sarah Lancaster Homes to any person reviewing this testimonial.
